INGREDIENTS-

2 cups cauliflower cut to medium size

1 large potato cut into medium size pieces

2 cloves of garlic finely chopped

1 inch ginger finely chopped

1 ½ tablespoon tomato puree

1 teaspoon cumin seeds

1 ½ tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon Turmeric powder

1 teaspoon Red chili powder

Salt to taste

Method-

In a pan heat olive oil and add the cumin seeds. To this add finely chopped garlic and ginger and sauté it once. To this add the cut cauliflower and potatoes and saute it. Add the turmeric powder, red chili and salt and mix well. Now, cover the pan with a steel plate or lid and let it simmer (on low heat) for 5-6 minutes. Once done, remove the lid and check if the vegetables have softened. Now add the tomato puree and mix well. Let it simmer for 2 minutes and the dish is ready.
