INGREDIENTS-

1 ½ teacups Milk powder

¼ teacup Maida

½ teaspoon Baking powder

1 tablespoon Curd

2 teacups Sugar

1 ½ teacups water

1 tablespoon water

5 teacups Oil

Method-

Sieve Maida, Milk powder and Baking powder together. Now add this mixture to curd and make a dough out of it. In a pan add 1 ½ cup water and add the sugar and let it boil for 5-6 mins. At the same time, make small balls out of the dough and fry them. Once golden brown to brownish color, remove them out of oil and put it on tissue paper. Now add the fried balls to the syrup and let it boil for 2 -3 mins. Serve hot.
