INGREDIENTS-

2 kg fresh Cow’s milk

4 teacup Sugar

5 teacup Water

½ teaspoon Citric acid

Method-

Boil Cow’s milk and add citric acid to it for milk ejaculation. Let it rest for half n hour. Now strain the content using a cloth and hang it in one place for about 15 mins. Softly press and mix the Chenna ( curd cheese) in one direction and make tiny balls out of it.

In a pressure cooker add water and sugar and let it boil for 5 mins. To this add the Chenna balls to the syrup and then close the lid. After 3 whistles, simmer it on low heat for 10 mins. Then switch off the gas and put it in the fridge to cool.

Serve it chilled.
