INGREDIENTS-

4 kg fresh Cow’s milk

4 teacup Sugar

5 teacup Water

½ teaspoon Citric acid

4-5 Saffron threads

Mixed Dry fruits (Pistachios and Almonds)

Method-

Boil 2 kg Cow’s milk and add citric acid to it for milk ejaculation. Let it rest for half n hour. Now strain the content using a cloth and hang it in one place for about 15 mins. Softly press and mix the Chenna ( curd cheese) in one direction and make flat circles out of it.

Now in another pan boil 2 kg of Cow’s milk till only half of it is left. At the same time make a sugar syrup by adding sugar and water for 5 mins. Now add the syrup to the milk and mix it in. Add the Chenna circles and add saffron thread and Chiraunji. Let it heat for 2 mins and then let it cool and garnish with crushed Pistachios and Almonds. Refrigerate it and serve chilled.
